Return and Replacement

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it for a refund equal to the purchase price (excluding the amount of the delivery charge (if any) for such product), subject to the following conditions: (i) the product must be in saleable condition, (ii) the product must be returned within thirty (30) days after delivery, and (iii) the product must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returns will not be accepted without your receipt as proof of purchase.

If any defects or damage are found after receiving the goods, you need to apply for replacement. Please take a photo of the item you want to replace and send an email to northamerica@ninjiom.com in 3 days after you receive the goods, we will contact you as soon as possible.
